COVID SAFETY

Given the recent government rule changes and in conversation with Rebecca and Louise from Shit Theatre we have some extra precautionary rules in place:

  • By law all customers must wear a mask when moving around the space. When sat down you can take them down to drink. With this in mind we encourage to you stay seated as much as possible other than to grab a drink or go to the loo!

  • To come to this event you must have, proof of vaccination or a COVID pass (which includes the option to do a lateral flow and register it with the app)

  • We are still doing Krappy-oke, and have some very strict rules in place to allow this to happen! If people are not doing the following we will have to cut you off from the Karaoke... don't be the person who ruins everyone else's fun!

COVID SAFE KRAPPY-OKE:

  1. Sanitise your hands on stage before you touch the mic

  2. Pop a mic shield onto the mic

  3. Give it your all for your adoring fans

  4. Remove your shield and pop it in the bin

  5. Replace the mic onto the stand an sanitise your hands again

Thanks for your understanding, see you tomorrow!

  • The runtime of all events at CLAY are an estimation.

We can't give an exact runtime for the majority if our events as often they are experimental in nature.

Work in our Programme can be anywhere from 40 - 90mins unless stated otherwise.

Additionally performances are relaxed, meaning you can leave the performance space at anytime if needed.

  • This is event is wheelchair accessible. We have done what we can to make the space accessible by including a wheelchair friendly portaloo on the floor of the event space. We also have 2 gender-neutral toilets that are down a flight of stairs that is 12 steps. Unfortunately, there is no lift in our building. The rest of the building is on one floor. Unless stated this is a relaxed performance. If you need any more information please check our venue info page here.
