Time & Location

About the event
What makes us feel at home?
Why do we leave?
How far back do we look to find out?
This is a live 'unboxing' experience for 1-2 curious people. You get to go on the journey, unpacking objects from Howl's home in Taiwan, which has since been gentrified out of existence.
This intimate experience is a multi-sensory story of Howl's life including virtual dialogue with him, explorations of personal artefacts and a journey of your very own.
A powerful story of migration that takes you through a hidden history of southeast asia, while forging new definitions of home and belonging in the wake of a global pandemic.
Perfromance Info: This is one to one performance, meaning ideally one performer and one audience member. You are however welcome to bring one more person with you on this journey, if you wish. Please let us know in the registration form if this is the case.
* This performance is an in-house virtual piece. It is part performance and part audio walk that begins when you leave CLAY. Please bring your own headphones for this.
** You will need a phone that can scan qr codes to participate in the audio walk, if you do not have this please let us know in the registration form.
*** The duration of the performance will be 60 minutes long. The audio walk will be up to 30 minutes
Ticket Info: If you would like to attend but the ticket price is not affordable then please get in touch with George at email@example.com
